What is a metering-grade rotor pump filling machine?

A filling machine that uses a servo-driven rotor pump as the metering element instead of a piston. Grounton Pak machines achieve ±0.5% accuracy with an error of 1 g or less and handle products from 50 cSt (milk) to 300,000 cSt (bean paste), including pastes with large particles.

Can the machine fill high-viscosity products with particles?

Yes. Because there is no piston or narrow valve seat to block or crush solids, the rotor pump fills high-viscosity pastes and products with large particles reliably.

What fill range does the GTX series cover?

5 ml to 300,000 ml per fill: GTX-900 (LX-9, 5–50,000 ml), GTX-1800 (LX-18, 5–100,000 ml), GTX-3000/3600 (LX-36, 10–200,000 ml) and GTX-6000 (LX-60, 20–300,000 ml).

Do you build complete filling lines?

Yes. We combine filling machines with bagging, capping, labelling and coding equipment, engineered around your container, product and line speed. OEM and private-label projects are supported.
