Frequently asked questions

Practical answers to the questions buyers ask before ordering filling equipment.

What is a metering-grade rotor pump filling machine?

A filling machine that uses a servo-driven rotor pump as the metering element instead of a piston. It reaches ±0.5% accuracy (error ≤1 g) and handles products from 50 cSt to 300,000 cSt.

Can it fill products containing solid particles?

Yes. With no piston or narrow valve seat to block or crush solids, sauces, jams, bean paste and large-particle products are filled reliably.

Which pump types can you supply?

Our flagship is the metering-grade rotor pump filling machine. We also supply piston pump, gear pump and screw pump filling machines and complete custom lines — so the recommendation follows your product rather than a fixed technology platform.

What is the difference between metering-grade and conveying-grade rotor pumps?

A conveying-grade pump moves product; a metering-grade pump measures it. Different design intent, tolerances and acceptance standard. The metering grade is what makes ±0.5% filling accuracy possible.

Which model suits my fill volume?

GTX-900 (5–50,000 ml), GTX-1800 (5–100,000 ml, best seller), GTX-3000/3600 (10–200,000 ml) and GTX-6000 (20–300,000 ml). See specifications.

Can you build a complete filling line?

Yes — filling combined with bagging, capping, labelling, coding and conveying, engineered around your container, product and line speed. OEM and private label supported.

What do you need before quoting?

Product type and viscosity · fill volume range · required output (containers/hour) · container type and size · cap type · power supply · hygiene or certification requirements. Also useful: a product photo or video.

Do you support export and overseas installation?

Yes. We hold import/export licensing, provide export packing and English documentation, and support commissioning remotely or on site depending on the project.

What about spare parts and after-sales support?

Wear parts and technical support are supplied through the machine's service life. A recommended spare parts list is provided with the quotation.

Is a filling test possible before ordering?

For unusual products or non-standard containers, a filling test can be arranged before order confirmation. Send a product sample description or video to start the assessment.
