We launched China's first servo rotor pump filling machine in 2018 — first mover and promoter, taking servo filling technology from zero to volume application.
We redefined the boundary of rotor pump application, moving it from conveying into metering and filling — a different product standard and technology route from conveying-grade rotor pumps.
Accuracy depends on the product: ±0.5% (deviation ≤1 g) for pure liquids, ±1 g–±2 g measured for particle-containing or high-viscosity products — a substantial improvement over conventional pneumatic piston fillers, cutting material and energy cost for customers.
Over 70% of China's dairy plants, serving dairy groups such as Mengniu, Yili and Junlebao, plus food leaders including Haidilao and Lee Kum Kee.
CIP aseptic rotor pump production capability, validated in a Mengniu project in 2020 — meeting aseptic and clean-condition requirements for dairy and beverages.
